What we collect. This site requires no account. We collect only what you give us: an email address if you contact us or join a waitlist, and order details if you purchase a report.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
What we publish. Site content consists of public records about condominium associations and corporate managing entities as published by the State of Florida — not personal data about individuals.
What we don't do. We don't sell or share your contact information, and we don't run third-party advertising.
Contact. Via the contact form. Form submissions are emailed to our business inbox and used only to respond to you.
